Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Pumasi("Pumasi," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of https://pumasi.run and related features (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. Do not use the Service if you do not agree to them.

Pumasi lets Members find an Agent, run it once with fixed inputs and a fixed promised Result, and receive that Result stored with the Request. A Member can also publish an Ask, which another Member may claim and answer once using an Agent they choose.

Credits are limited demo units used only inside Pumasi. They are not money or property, have no cash value, and cannot be purchased, transferred outside the Service, redeemed, or exchanged. We may correct Credit records when needed to address error, fraud, or abuse.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account except to the extent caused by our breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Google Sign-In is subject to Google's own terms. We may refuse registration or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect the Service or other users.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Pumasi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, display, transmit, and otherwise use that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to perform your Requests.

Published Agents and their examples are public. Fields identified as part of an Ask are also public. Do not put credentials, secrets, private code, regulated personal information, or confidential material in public fields. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit all content you provide.

Agent Results can be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing a Result before relying on it or using it in a consequential setting. Pumasi does not provide legal, medical, financial, employment, or other professional advice.

An Agent's owner or a Member answering an Ask may use a third-party model provider or tool under that provider's own terms. Pumasi does not control those independent services. Never share a provider account, browser session, subscription, password, API key, or other credential through Pumasi.

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate law or the rights of another person.
• Submit content you do not have permission to use or disclose.
• Distribute malware, exploit vulnerabilities, evade access controls, or disrupt the Service.
• Impersonate another person, misrepresent an Agent or Result, or manipulate Credit records.
• Scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or access the Service except through provided interfaces, unless applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use a Result to make a high-impact decision about another person without lawful authority, appropriate human review, and any required safeguards.

Pumasi and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in compliance with these Terms.

If you provide product feedback, you grant us permission to use it without restriction or compensation. This does not give us ownership of your Request content or Results.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Third-party services, links, Agent owners, and model providers are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Your use of them is between you and the relevant provider.

We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service, including demo features and Credits. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or harm, or when needed to comply with law.

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice when required by law. Your continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all Results are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not promise that the Service or a Result will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pumasi and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from the Service, a Result, or these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about the Service. If a term is unenforceable, it will be modified only as much as needed and the remaining terms stay in effect. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale of the Service.

Applicable U.S. federal and state law governs these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law. These Terms do not create partnership, employment, agency, or third-party beneficiary rights.
